  • Europe product company, HYBRID working (ONLY 02-03 days in office)

Your role & responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust, high-performing microservices using Java Spring Boot.

  • Design and implement scalable and distributed solutions to meet complex business requirements.

  • Utilize PostgreSQL for database management and integration within services.

  • Create and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes (K8S).

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Develop comprehensive testing strategies, including unit and integration testing, to ensure reliable and secure applications.

  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth and OpenID Connect.

  • Leverage public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure for deploying and scaling applications.

  • Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices and conducting regular code reviews.

Your skills & qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Java development with a deep knowledge of the Spring Boot framework.

  • Proven track record of developing microservices and distributed systems.

  • Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and database design principles.

  • Experienced with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical team members and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in API testing and mocking to ensure robust and reliable system integration.

  • Proficiency in implementing security protocols such as OAuth and OpenID Connect.

  • Familiarity with public cloud services (AWS/Azure), including management and configuration.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Fluent in English.
